I try to update it every day. My goal is to see whether I will be able to stay consistent this time!
Looking for my optimal time for exercise: I try to follow about the same type of training six times per week (ideally under the same conditions) at different times of the day. At the same time, I look at the portion of the training I was able to complete (e.g. 70% or 100%), as well as my RPE (Rated Perceived Exertion) and other type of subjective feedback, such as "how I feel."
